    Was able to come in without a reservation before an evening show which was nice. Had eaten at a different Bella Italia previously on this trip, and the food was just as tasty. Seating upstairs was nice work a view of Leicester Square. Service was a little slow but we made it in time for our show. Food was quite tasty. Overall very pleased with the meal.Vegetarian options: Vegitariana Pizza was delicious

    Main and starter were lovely as was my cocktail. The interior of the restaurant needed a little TLC (tables looked clean but didn't necessarily feel it and maybe a duster would of been a welcome site to areas of the restaurant)My pudding was nice, however I'm pretty sure it lacked elements advertised on the menu but trying to gain the attention of the rushed off her feet waitress was near impossible so I gave up and just ate it before my warm dessert became a cold one.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a downstairs dining area as well as the upstairs however it was quite a small branch of Bella Italia so probably not the best for manouvering comfortably however there was a slightly bigger branch a couple of minutes away that may be more wheelchair friendly but I couldn't confirm this.

    We had a very tasty dinner with the children in your restaurant. The children were delighted with the children's sets. And we - adults - with the affordable prices and the opportunity to use a voucher for a discount of pounds. We were very politely and quickly served, the food was very tasty!)     We called here for my wife’s birthday dinner while in London. The menu was great and I had Caprese salad to start, mushroom risotto for main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. We used the app and got birthday discounts. Service was average with no special service. They also didn’t have everything on the menu including olives or coffee (for affogato).
